I wanted to share some thoughts on low hanging fruit for a business, and how to take advantage of that situation. Let’s talk about the 10 revelations that lead me to implementing a CRM system this week.
This episode is going to be fairly experimental, because I am still working through the process myself. I’m still processing information, and I don’t have all of the answers. But when has that ever stopped an entrepreneur?
Some of the things I'll be talking about:
[easy-tweet tweet=”Your CRM numbers are actual people but a lot of people are actually just numbers.” user=”jeffalytics”]
[easy-tweet tweet=”When you're starting a #business everything is touch&go.” user=”jeffalytics”]
[easy-tweet tweet=”Not everyone is ready for your offering.” user=”jeffalytics”]
But before we get to that, I wanted to make a programming note. It seems like my standard interview podcasts have fallen by the wayside in recent weeks, and that’s true. I just haven’t been focused on scheduling interviews. I really need to work out a process for this, but honestly it has been a low priority to put something in place. It was just too difficult with all of these travels.
I hope to get something in place for August, where I record podcast interviews each week at a specific time of day. Fingers crossed that I make that work so we can maintain our schedule. If you have any ideas for how to make this more effective, or if you want to help me schedule guests, let me know via email, twitter, comments, etc.
